Phase IV Systems is now Technology Service Corporation's Alabama Operations consisting of Phase IV Systems, PIVC LLC, and MagnaCom Inc.

Phase IV Systems will continue to leverage over 25 years of engineering experience to provide high frequency, low-cost solutions for radar, communications, signal processing and other military and commercial applications as an operation of Technology Service Corporation.
