Cooperative Engagement Capability is a sophisticated new information network using rf as the transmission medium. TSC provides expertise in system integration, data collection and analysis for formal performance test and evaluation, and Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability (RMA) analysis in support of system production and fielding.

TSC supports the integration of CEC into the AEGIS Combat System and participates in the Navy's CEC/AWS integration working group. Our experience in track filtering and data association allowed us to identify issues related to composite tracking (i.e., sensor contact fusion) through analysis and performance prediction.

TSC collected data and conducted data analyses for CEC underway test events through CEC Baseline 2.0 technical evaluation (TECHEVAL). TSC conducted equipment and computer program RMA analyses of all underway events, and evaluated CEC integration into the AEGIS Baseline 6 Phase I combat system through data analysis during the Development Test DT-IIB, Underway Test #9, and events.

TSC provides design and testing support for new CEC related processor and antenna design projects by designing test fixtures and test chambers and conducting performance testing and analysis.
