TSC has long provided programmatic and product assurance expertise to the PHALANX 1B Close-In Weapons System Program.
	Ongoing efforts include monitoring prime contractor transition from Tucson to Louisville, serving as technical advisor to PHALANX 1B surface mode qualification initiative and its subsequent transition to production, and performing fleetwide reliability and maintainability assessments.
Similar services are provided to the NULKA Decoy program. Ongoing efforts include launcher procurement support, follow-up of product assurance audit(s), reliability and maintainability evaluations, and technical reviews of NULKA program plans and documentation. We also supply our talent in the areas of life cycle engineering, acquisition support, product engineering, and logistics support for two Navy navigation systems: the Ring Laser Navigator System and the Doppler Sonar Velocity Log.
