AEGIS Combat Systems Engineer

Technology Service Corporation, an employee owned systems engineering firm, has an opening for an AEGIS Combat Systems Engineer in our Washington, DC office.

Applicants must have broad knowledge of the AEGIS Combat System that spans Baseline 1 through Baseline 7 and the elements, such as AN/SPY-1 Radar, Standard Missile, WCS, ADS and C&D. Experience working as a system and acquisition engineer for a major surface Navy program is a plus. The position requires knowledge of system engineering, requirements analysis, Aegis Baseline capabilities, and Aegis Baseline management. The applicant must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment. A minimum of 10 years of AEGIS combat system experience and a BS in electrical or other engineering discipline and/or physics is required. Additional Aegis experience or and advanced degree is a plus. The ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required. Position is currently located in TSC’s Washington Navy Yard Office. Willingness to travel and ability to interface closely with government customers is essential.

U.S. Citizenship required. Selected applicant will be subject to a Government Security Investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
