The Indiana Operations seeks an energetic, innovative lead software engineer to manage software development, Information Assurance (IA), configuration management, quality assurance, and documentation. The successful candidate will have a B.S. (M.S. preferred) in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Systems Engineering; 5 years experience with complex integrated combat systems; DoD acquisition including governmental developmental testing and software engineering experience; team organization skills; good verbal and written communication skills; and Secret Clearance (or ability to acquire). Experience in radar or in other electromagnetic wave applications is a plus. The position will require some travel. Salary is commensurate with experience.
